Chicago responded in the second half, with Jonathan Bamba scoring in the 57th minute to bring the Fire back into the game. Just 12 minutes later, Maren Haile-Selassie found the equalizer to make it 2-2.
After going down by two goals in the first half, Chicago showed a different side after the break and continued to push for a winner.
