Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy explains what happens to information you send through blueprintmedia.club. It covers this website only. It does not cover Instagram, email you send us directly, or anything that happens at an event we cover.

1. Who We Are

Blueprint Media is an independent sports media brand on Long Island, New York, run by Edgar Vidal. We operate this website and we decide what happens to the information collected through it.

The website is built and maintained for us by Python Visuals LLC (New York), which stores and processes submissions on our behalf. Python Visuals acts only on our instructions and does not use your information for its own purposes.

Technical and data requests: [email protected]

2. What We Collect

That is the complete list. We do not take payments on this site, we do not ask for a date of birth, and visitors have no account or login.

Information collected automatically

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested, and timing) for security, performance and abuse prevention, and gives us aggregate visit counts. We do not use any advertising or tracking service.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Its public pages do not use your browser's local storage or session storage either, so there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to check suspicious traffic. That is a security function, not tracking, and we do not read it.

4. Where It Goes

When you send either form, your answers go to a database operated for us by Python Visuals LLC and stored in the United States. Edgar is emailed a copy so he can reply, and you get a short confirmation email. Nothing you send is published, sold, or shared with advertisers.

ServiceWhat it doesWhat it sees
CloudflareServes the website; security and cachingRequest data (IP, browser, page)
Supabase (US)Stores form submissionsEverything you typed into the form
ResendSends the email to Edgar and your confirmationYour name, email and what you wrote
Cloudflare R2 and Adobe PortfolioHost our published photographsPublished images (see §5) and, when they load, your IP address
Google FontsTypefacesYour IP address, when fonts load

If an email about your submission fails to send, Python Visuals is alerted so it can be fixed. That alert carries no name, email or phone, only the date and a reference number.

5. Photographs

We cover sporting events, so the largest category of personal information on this site is not form data: it is images of people at public sporting events, published in our galleries and articles with credit to the photographer.

Published photographs are publicly accessible by their web address. Anyone with the link can view an image, whether or not they reached it through this site.

If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed, write to [email protected] and tell us which image or which game. We will take it down.

6. How Long We Keep It

7. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Write to [email protected], or to [email protected] if you would rather go to the people who maintain the database. We answer within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer. Asking will never change how we treat you.

8. We Do Not Sell Your Information

Blueprint Media does not sell or rent personal information, and never has. We do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising network on this site.

9. Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through the forms. Young athletes may appear in event photography; §5 is how a parent or guardian asks for an image to come down, and we treat those requests the same as any other.

10. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). The public website can only add a request; it cannot read anyone's submissions. Reading them requires the site's admin access code, which only Blueprint Media and the Python Visuals people who maintain the site hold. Data is held in the data centres of our providers (Cloudflare, Supabase), which run their own physical security.

11. If There Is a Breach

If personal information held through this site is exposed, we will tell the people affected without unreasonable delay, and notify New York State as its law requires. We will say what happened, what was involved, and what we are doing about it.

12. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
